Scooter or motorcycle?
For the old city, Assi Ghat and everyday errands, a gearless scooter is the honest answer — light, easy to park and cheapest to run. If you want the ride itself to be the experience, or you are heading out towards Sarnath and beyond, a Classic 350 or Pulsar is the better call.
Helmets and safety
Two helmets are included with every two-wheeler. Tyres, brakes, lights and chain tension are checked before handover, and we walk you through the controls if you have not ridden that model before.
Documents you will need
A valid original two-wheeler driving licence and a government photo ID. A learner licence is not accepted. For our premium motorcycles we also ask about your riding experience — those are reserved for experienced riders.
Riding in Varanasi
Traffic is dense and the lanes are tight, so ride defensively and expect to share the road with everything from cycle rickshaws to cows. Early mornings along the ghat road are genuinely one of the best rides in the country.
