The terms under which a vehicle is handed over, used and returned. Rates, deposits and kilometre limits for each vehicle are shown on its detail page and in your booking summary.

Rental terms, deposits, cancellation rules and liability are commitments the business has to make in its own words — so the structure below lists exactly what each clause needs, ready for the owner to fill in through the admin panel. Until then, our team confirms terms directly with every booking.
01Eligibility and licence requirements
To be supplied: Minimum age, licence class and validity, learner licences, international licences.
02Documents collected at handover
To be supplied: Which originals are checked, what is retained (if anything), and how documents are stored.
03Security deposit
To be supplied: Amount basis, when it is collected, refund timeline and permitted deductions.
04Fuel policy
To be supplied: Fuel level at handover and expected level at return.
05Kilometre allowance and extra charges
To be supplied: Per-vehicle allowance, per-km charge, how the odometer is recorded.
06Permitted use and geographic limits
To be supplied: City-only vs outstation vehicles, state-border rules, prohibited uses.
07Late returns
To be supplied: Grace period and hourly charge after it.
08Damage, fines and traffic violations
To be supplied: Liability for damage, insurance excess, responsibility for challans.
09Breakdown and roadside assistance
To be supplied: What is covered, response expectations, replacement vehicle policy.
